E-DRIVE combines 4 main elements which are designed to work in harmony as a TURNKEY energy system!
CORE ICE leads the industry in off-grid electrical systems. There are a lot of pieces of the puzzle that need to fit together to make the system function and the coach to perform at a superior level. Our engineering expertise has combined the right components and architected the optimal structure for your coach to minimize power demands allowing for longer run times, quicker recharges, and maximized comfort.
This is no easy feat and takes years to develop. Do not be fooled by competitors who make similar claims. There is no product that performs like a CORE ICE, period!
The CEC applies to costs towards the purchase of property that uses solar energy to produce electricity for use in a dwelling unit used for a primary or secondary residence.
A dwelling unit typically includes mobile homes as long as they have living accommodations such as a sleeping space, cooking capability, and/or bathroom facilities.
The property that is eligible for the CEC program includes new solar panels, qualifying batteries having at least 3 kilowatt hours of capacity and related components to make the system functional including inverters, wiring, and monitoring equipment.
The CEC will reduce, on a dollar-for-dollar basis, the consumer’s federal income tax liability for the year in which the property was purchased. Excess credit can be forwarded to future year tax reductions.
Claim Your Credit:
When filing your tax return for the year in which you purchased your coach, you will need to include Form 5695, Residential Energy Credits. This form will help you calculate the credit you are eligible for.
Your state of residence may also have a program allowing for state credits. Be sure to talk to your tax advisor about these opportunities.
More information regarding the CEC and a link to Form 5695 are below.
